SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All returns and claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to us immediately. If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact us immediately, so we can assist you for any return/exchange. Written authorization is required for any return/exchange reason.
All return/exchange items must be in the same condition and original packaging along with proof of purchase. Any item that you receive with tags must be returned with all tags intact and attached. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any way.
We will refund the amount of your purchase, minus the amount actually paid for shipping. If your purchase received the promotional free shipping fee, the cost of the actual shipping will be withheld from the returned amount in case of a return. You are responsible for any return shipping and handling charges you might incur. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier, and we are not responsible for any lost items. Any items that returned in used condition will be sent back at your expenses or discarded. Please allow us four to six weeks to process your return.
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, if we sent the wrong item). Refunds for items returned within 3 days of the receipt date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. In the event the following conditions are not met, CrownLuxe reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice amount or to refuse the return.
Please keep in mind:
Items must be purchased on the CrownLuxe online store at https://www.crownluxe.com/. Products purchased from vendors, suppliers, and retail stores must be returned to their original place of purchase. CrownLuxe cannot resolve merchandise returns that were purchased through vendors, suppliers, and retail stores.
- Items must be returned for refund or exchange within 3 days of receipt.
- Items and packaging must be returned in new condition and not damaged.
- Packaging must include all original items, manuals, etc.
- The return shipment has to have sufficient postage otherwise the shipment will be returned to sender.
- Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.
- Return shipment must be insured and in a padded envelope or package.
